We accept most insurance plan’s reimbursements towards payment of our fees. We do not accept PPO or HMO plans.

Will my insurance pay for this procedure?

Insurance companies allow for partial payment for most dental procedures. We can get a preauthorization from your insurance company to know what they will pay before treatment starts.

What is tooth whitening?

Tooth whitening is a placing a gel on your teeth to whiten them. Our BriteSmile procedure can whiten about 7 shades in about 1 ½ hours.

What is different between you tooth whitening and over the counter products?

The over the counter tooth whitening products usually only whiten a little and would require use over weeks to achieve a similar result as we can get in one appointment.

What material do you use for crowns/bridges?

Depending on the dental situation, we use all porcelain or porcelain to metal.

How long are the dental hygiene appointments?

The appointments are usually an hour. This gives our dental hygienists enough time to not only clean your teeth, but review your medical history, take your blood pressure, take the necessary x-rays, give a fluoride treatment, discuss oral hygiene techniques.

What is better to replace a missing tooth, implant or bridge?

It depends on the health of the bone, medical and dental health of the teeth and the patient. A thorough discussion of the pros and cons of each technique is discussed with the patient.

Is fluoride beneficial to an adult?

Absolutely. Adults are susceptible to decay and if they have a lot of dental work, a small area of decay under a crown or bridge will necessitate a new restoration.
